Delivery is charged at cost and calculated based on order specifications. The most cost-effective and efficient shipping method is used.

Can you use the logo and images from my website?

We can try but we don’t recommend it! Generally, logos and images used on the web have been compressed to a minimum to reduce the load time of web pages. This means that the graphics are low in quality and if printed, result in blurry and often pixilated images. It is always best to use high-resolution images for the best result.

Can you send me some plastic card samples to see your quality and finishes available?

We are happy to send out sample packs with a range of cards similar to what you are thinking of getting printed. Contact us to discuss your requirements today.

When is payment due?

Payment is required prior to print-production. Your order cannot be cancelled once artwork has been sent to production.
