Your Custom Plastic Card Printing Specialists
Creative Plastic Cards is an Australian-owned print manufacturer & supplier specialising in premium custom-designed plastic cards. Operating dual facilities in Caringbah, NSW, and Narangba, QLD, we provide custom plastic cards, accessories, and marketing materials. A team of 12 specialists handle end-to-end design and production, focusing on great customer surface and high-durability print solutions.
Where did we start?
Based in Caringbah in Sydney’s south, Creative Plastic Cards was founded in 2009 by Christina Farrugia. Christina saw there was a gap in the market for supplying businesses with gift cards and loyalty cards, so with the contacts she’d gained through her beauty business, she started Creative Plastic Cards from her home.
Where are we now?
Over the years, Creative Plastic Cards has grown to a team of twelve (including Christina’s daughter Cassie), with an office and warehouse in Sydney. We’ve recently expanded with the opening of a paper production facility in Brisbane. This new facility allows us to offer a wide range of paper printing services to our customers, that complement our plastic card products and marketing materials.

We’re with you every step of the way — from the initial enquiry through to the delivery of your finished product. And if you need a hand with artwork and design, we can do that for you too, with our in-house Creative Design Team.
Quick Turnaround
So you can get what you need sooner, we offer a quick turnaround on short runs of standard plastic cards, paper and point-of-sale printing materials thanks to our in-house printing facilities. Larger runs are produced by our manufacturing production team.
