Incorporating a QR code to your plastic card can increase customer engagement and be a useful tool in collecting and tracking customer behaviour. QR codes are designed to be scanned by a smart phone which usually directs users to a website or video, meaning that your printed campaign can work seamlessly with your online marketing efforts.
