Dieline / Template
Dielines are used to assist graphic designers prepare artwork for any print jobs that require die cutting. Dielines aren’t printed, and should be placed on a separate layer in the design file. They’re mainly used to assist designers setting up the artwork and placement of design elements.

Bleed
Bleed refers to the artwork that extends beyond the finished size (or trim). If there are elements in your design that you want to be printed at the edge of your plastic card, then the element should be extended past the trim line and into the bleed area. For most our plastic and paper printing products, we suggest a 3mm bleed.
Type
Our plastic card order allows you to choose between 3 types of plastic cards: gloss, matt and frosted. Please contact us for orders and pricing for other plastic card types (including recycled, black core and more).

2a. If you have print-ready files that have been created by a graphic designer, select Supply Print Ready Artwork and upload at time of order or email once order is placed. If artwork has been created in CANVA or needs a little more work, select Fix Supplied Artwork. Additional charges may apply if artwork supplied is not print ready.
2b. If you need our team of professionals to help create your design, select Design Artwork For Me, upload logo files (.eps, .ai or high-res PDF) to the order and we’ll get to work, collaborating with you until the design is exactly what you’re after.
2c. If you have ordered from us before and would like to reprint your previous artwork, select Reprint Previous Artwork.
3. Add to cart and fill out billing and shipping details. Don’t forget to check out our range of Card Holders to complement your Plastic Card.
4. Once the order has been placed, we’ll be in touch to confirm variable data requirements followed by a proof for approval. If we’re creating the artwork for you, our designers will send an artwork draft for approval before proceeding to proofing stage. Once proof is approved, turnaround time is typically 12 – 14 business days.
5. Once your order is complete, we’ll dispatch it and email you the tracking details for reference.
Yes, you can personalise your plastic card with your logo, images, text, and barcodes.
Yes, you sure can. Please let our team know at quoting stage and we can include this in your quote. It is usually more cost effective to print multiple kinds together than ordering separately.
You can! But unfortunately it’s not as easy as popping them in your regular recycling bin. Which is why we have created our own Plastic Card Recycle Box for you to purchase and fill with your unwanted plastic cards. Click here to learn more.
Yes! We have 2 eco-friendly options available.
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) Recycled plastic is made of 100% recycled material. This process is to use the excess waste that is left over when creating standard PVC cards. These cards cannot be recycled in standard kerbside recycling bins.
PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) is one of the most environmentally friendly raw plastic materials. It’s used in beverage bottles and takeaway food containers and features a “1” on the packaging. PET cards can be recycled in standard kerbside recycling bins without creating any harmful gases.
Both options exhibit the same characteristics as PVC plastic cards when printed.
We have 5 options for Gift Card tracking:

For random non sequential barcode/numbering, we require these numbers to be supplied in an Excel spreadsheet.

Only for small runs of standard Gloss Cards 100pcs or under, otherwise it is the same cost to print 1 or 2 sides!
Our standard plastic card is the same size as a regular credit card, measuring 85.5mm across by 54mm high. It has a thickness of 0.76mm. For pricing for plastic cards of different sizes, use our Quote Form or contact us.
There is no minimum order QTY, however the price per card is more cost effective the higher the QTY you print. We suggest starting from 100pc.
If we are designing artwork for you, we require your logo as a vector file (.ai, .eps or high-res PDF file).
If you have a .jpeg or .png, we are very limited with the design, sometimes these can be used however we would to have our design team check for you. Alternatively, we can re-create your logo and supply the raw-files for future use. An additional design fee will apply.
The standard thickness of a plastic gift card is similar to that of a credit card. If you’d like a quote for a different thickness, please contact us.
Standard Plastic Card delivery is approximately 12 to 14 working days from artwork proof approval and payment. Urgent 8 to 10 working day turnaround is available and incurs a $145.00+GST priority fee.
We recommend a 0.5mm thick card so the card can be stapled to paperwork if required or isn’t bulky in a wallet.
For our vCard Business Cards, we recommend a premium 1mm thick card.
We work with a variety of Point of Sale (POS) software solutions. We recommend to reach our to your POS supplier to see what tracking method will work best with your system.
