These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order, creating an account, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Order Placement & Contract Formation
Acceptance: When you place an order via our online checkout or confirm an invoice over the phone, it constitutes an offer to buy which is accepted by us once production or dispatch begins.
Account Registration: To track order histories or access certain online tools, you may register an account. You are entirely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before production commences.
3. Custom Printing, Artwork & Proofing
Because we manufacture customised goods to your specific brand requirements, the following conditions apply strictly to custom print jobs:
Design Proof Approval: Production will not commence until you have given explicit digital or written approval of the final design artwork proof.
Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to thoroughly check the design proof for errors, including spelling, contact information, layout, and colors. Creative Plastic Cards is not liable for errors present in a customer-approved design proof.
Colour Variations: Due to differences in digital screen calibrations, printing press profiles, and base materials (such as clear plastic, matt PVC, metal, or wood), minor colour variations may occur between digital proofs and physical outputs. These variations are standard within the commercial print industry and do not constitute a product defect.
4. Specific Product Regulations (Gift Cards)
If you purchase custom printed plastic gift cards from us for your business, you acknowledge that under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), retail gift cards must comply with mandatory federal guidelines:
Gift cards sold to consumers within Australia must carry a minimum 3-year expiry window from the date of purchase.You, as the issuer to the end consumer, are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with gift card laws regarding balances and administrative expiry data.
5. Shipping, Turnaround Times & Delivery
Standard Turnaround: Standard card production and processing times are clearly specified per product at the time of ordering.
Express Turnaround: We offer an Express 2-3 working day turnaround for small plastic card runs (subject to artwork approval).
Delays & Force Majeure: We utilise third-party couriers and Australia Post for nationwide delivery. Creative Plastic Cards is not legally liable for delivery delays or transit damages resulting from courier delays, machinery breakdowns, acts of God, industrial actions, or force majeure events.
6. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees
Your purchase is protected by consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which cannot be excluded or overridden.
Faulty Goods: If goods are damaged, structurally defective, or don’t match the description or your approved design proof, we will repair, replace, or refund them at our expense.
Change of Mind: We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return window for unused, unaltered stock items (like plain cards or standard envelopes) at the buyer’s shipping expense. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on custom printed or manufactured orders once production has legally commenced. 7. Intellectual Property & Website Use
Our Property: All design tools, custom dielines, graphic assets, logo layouts, code, and text present on creativeplasticcards.com.au remain the sole intellectual property of Creative Plastic Cards and its affiliates.
Your Artwork: By uploading artwork or logos to our site, you warrant that you own the copyright or have explicit permission to use and print those materials. You agree to indemnify Creative Plastic Cards against any third-party copyright infringement claims regarding your order.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), our liability for any breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the cost of the goods. We are not liable for any consequential commercial losses, lost business profits, or punitive damages resulting from product use or delivery delays.
