Return and Refund Policy

Throughout this policy, the terms ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refer to Creative Print Group Pty Ltd. At Creative Plastic Cards (www.creativeplasticcards.com.au), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We operate our business and handle all returns, refunds, and replacements in strict compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as NSW Fair Trading and QLD Office of Fair Trading guidelines. 1. Consumer Guarantees & Faulty GoodsUnder the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If any item you purchase from us fails to meet a consumer guarantee (e.g., it is faulty, damaged during transit, not of acceptable quality, or does not match your approved digital design proof), you are legally entitled to a remedy.
Major Failure: If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose between a full refund or a replacement.
Minor Failure: If the failure is minor, we will fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe by either repairing the item, replacing it, or offering a full refund.
For any valid faulty or damaged goods claims, Creative Print Group Pty Ltd trading as Creative Plastic Cards will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or arrange for the items to be collected.
2. Change of Mind Policy (Non-Faulty Items)
We understand that sometimes circumstances change. For standard, non-customised stock products (such as blank plain plastic cards, standard card accessories, and standard lanyards or envelopes), we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, stock items must be:
– Unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
– Returned to our facility in a completely resalable condition.
Please Note for Change of Mind Returns:
Custom and Printed Products: Under the Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not legally required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind, find the product cheaper elsewhere, or decide you have no use for it. Because our custom printed plastic cards, digital smart cards, and customised presentation products are uniquely manufactured to your specific brand, text, layout, and artwork specifications, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or provide refunds for custom-made products once production has commenced.
Return Shipping Costs: For approved change-of-mind returns on standard, non-customised stock items, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

– Provide your order number and digital tax invoice as proof of purchase.
– Clearly describe the issue. If the item is damaged or faulty, please attach clear photographs of the product’s defect.
Our team will assess your request within 2 business days and provide you with detailed instructions and the correct return shipping address based on your product type.
4. Refund Processing Timeframes
Once your return is received and inspected by our team at our facility, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. All refunds are issued for the full amount paid and will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., the original credit card, bank account, or payment portal used at checkout). Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to clear and appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing speeds.
