Return and Refund Policy
At Creative Plastic Cards (www.creativeplasticcards.com.au), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We operate our business and handle all returns, refunds, and replacements in strict compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and NSW Fair Trading guidelines. Our physical production facilities and return address details can be found at the bottom of this policy.
1. Consumer Guarantees & Faulty Goods
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If any item you purchase from us fails to meet a consumer guarantee (e.g., it is faulty, damaged during transit, not of acceptable quality, or does not match the approved digital design proof), you are legally entitled to a remedy.
Major Failure: If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose between a full refund or a replacement.
Minor Failure: If the failure is minor, we will fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe by either repairing the item, replacing it, or offering a full refund.
For any faulty or damaged goods claims, Creative Plastic Cards will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label, or arrange for the items to be collected.
2. Change of Mind Policy (Non-Faulty Items)
We understand that sometimes circumstances change. For standard, non-customised products (such as stock plain cards, standard card accessories, and standard envelopes), we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be:
– Unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
– Returned to us in a resalable condition.
Please Note for Change of Mind:
Custom and Printed Products: Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not legally required to give a refund if you simply change your mind, find the product cheaper elsewhere, or decide you have no use for it. Because our custom printed plastic cards, digital business cards, and customised presentation products are uniquely manufactured to your specific brand, text, and artwork specifications, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or provide refunds for custom-made products once production has commenced.
Return Shipping Costs: For approved change-of-mind returns on stock items, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To begin a return process, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and invoice as proof of purchase.
Clearly describe the issue. If the item is damaged or faulty, please attach clear photographs of the product’s defect.
Our team will assess your request within 2 business days and provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping address if applicable.
4. Refund Processing Timeframes
Once your return is received and inspected by our team at our warehouse facility, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.All refunds are issued for the full amount paid and will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., the original credit card, bank account, or payment portal used at checkout).
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to clear and appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing speeds.
