How does processing payment work?
- Check that the ‘Other Gift Card’ payment option is turned on within Settings > Checkout > Payment types.
- From your Square POS, on the payment option screen, select ‘Other Gift Card or Certificate’ and enter the amount to be paid via the gift card.
- You will need to manually track gift card balances in either a spreadsheet or notebook so you’re aware of how much of a gift card has been used and when a gift card has been fully spent.
